1) Controller

2) What data we process

We process your first and last name, e-mail, phone number, details about your company and website, data from the enquiry form, data about delivered SMS notifications and about your consent or opt-out, and cookies and similar technical data.

3) Purpose and legal basis

We process data to enter into and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to send agreed SMS notifications about new enquiries, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, measuring and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where required by law, we process data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4) SMS and mobile data

We never sell or share phone numbers or opt-in consent data collected for the purpose of sending SMS with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5) Recipients and processors

We share data only with providers of technical services necessary to deliver our service (hosting, SMS gateway or aggregator, analytics), to the extent necessary and under data processing agreements. We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing.

6) Retention

We keep your data for the duration of our cooperation and then for the period required by law. After that period we delete it.

7) Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase, restrict or port it, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).

8) Cookies

The website uses technical cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure ad conversions.
