1) Provider
The service provider is EVOLVE Media s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 21508470, registered office Varšavská 715/36, 120 00 Prague - Vinohrady, Czech Republic, operating the service under the Lead Lab brand (leadlab.cz).
2) Service description
We provide a lead generation service: a website tailored to the client's industry and the management of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, with the goal of delivering qualified enquiries. The service includes automatic SMS notifications to the client for every new enquiry.
3) SMS notifications
The following terms apply to SMS notifications:
- What we send: automatic SMS alerts about new enquiries.
- Frequency: depends on the number of enquiries generated, typically 15-50 SMS per month.
- Cost: we do not charge anything extra for sending SMS; your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply (Message and data rates may apply).
- Opt-out: you can cancel at any time by replying STOP; you will then receive a confirmation from Lead Lab (EVOLVE Media s.r.o.) and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: for help, reply HELP; Lead Lab (EVOLVE Media s.r.o.) will reach out at valerij@evolvemedia.cz.
- Consent: consent to receive messages is specific to this service and is non-transferable.
4) Price and payment
Pricing follows the current offer. The monthly fee is payable as set out in the contract.
5) Guarantee
The guarantee terms are stated on leadlab.cz. We guarantee the delivery of qualified enquiries under the agreed terms; we do not guarantee closed deals.

These terms and the relationship between the provider and the client are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
